First I would like to state that I made the decision to enter into a career of Real Estate after successful career as a product manager because I love the real estate industry and working with people. As a product manager my greatest strength was I had to listen to my customers needs. This translated into a product idea and eventually a successful product. The key was listening. I never assume I know what people want. I'm someone who understands who my customers are and I'm not in the business to get a quick sale. I'm looking to make you a client for life. In summary, everything I do as a Real Estate agent is to work hard and satisfy your needs.
I was born in Spokane and spent my childhood here until age 9, then my family moved to Sandpoint, Idaho. After attending high school in Sandpoint I then studied and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Idaho. After college I worked for a major manufacturer of barcode equipment based in the Seattle area as a product manager. I worked there for 18 years and traveled the world. The result of the travel made me realize that there is no better place to live than the Inland Northwest so I decided to come back and live in the area where my roots are from. I can tell you that I'm not leaving. I love Spokane! Let me show you my home town!
I have always had a passion for endurance sports. I regularly participate in running, biking and triathlon events. Trail running in the Northwest is hard to beat! I also have a passion for real estate and building. I am a self taught construction guy having personally completed a major addition on one of my homes, a major remodel on another and built my own cabin at Priest Lake, Idaho. I call it a labor of love but my family calls it work. Through this process I have really learned a lot about construction and what quality workmanship is. This passion led me to my career in Real Estate.
My only agenda is your agenda! I'm patient, passionate about what I do and will work hard to earn your respect and satisfaction. I have a personal background in construction that is valuable in helping you find a home or helping you get your home prepped to be sold. I look forward to meeting you. Cheers!
